Dr Low Kok Thye is a director of the oleochemical making and tertiary health care hospital operating subsidiaries of Southern Acids (M) Berhad. He is also a board member of the two (2) Indonesian incorporated estates and palm oil mill operating subsidiaries of Southern Acids (M) Berhad. 

Additionally, Dr Low Kok Thye is a director of Kumpulan Klinik Medijaya Sdn Bhd with its small chain of owned and managed primary health care (general practice) clinics and also sits in the board of several companies related to the major shareholders of the Company.
