Ms. Khor Yu Leng ("Yu Leng") is an international supply-chain and economics consultant. She started her career in the financial sector with research and strategy roles at Phileo Allied Group in Kuala Lumpur from 1994 to 1999. 

She then held various research and risk analysis roles in Singapore including positions with Citigroup N.A. and family offices dealing with portolio investments. Yu Leng's work expanded to commodities with advisory work for Acacia Service Pte Ltd from 2003 to 2012, and the setting up of her own business with the incorporation of Segi Enam Advisors Pte Ltd In 2010. 

She also served as Research Head of Southeast Asia (2014-2017) at LMC International Ltd, an Oxford-based commodity consultant. She has written scores of reports for Fortune 500 companies and Southeast Asia business groups; and she is on expert panels consulted by banks and fund managers based in Singapore and Hong Kong. 

Yu Leng also analyses infrastructure projects in ASEAN, and she is a Research Associate of Institute of China Studies at University Malaya which is recently presenting at the University of Oslo. Her work has also been presented at the European Commission, for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, at the Thunen Institute, at the ETH Zurich center in Singapore, at LEcole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, at Cambridge University, and at the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute.
