Karen has been the Group Deputy Chief Financial Officer of TIME dotCom Berhad since 1 July 2023. Karen brings with her diverse experiences in accounting, finance and investments. Her prior position was as Director of Corporate Finance at EDOTCO Group Sdn Bhd ("EDOTCO") (a subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad), a position she has held from early 2021 until end June 2023.

Prior to EDOTCO, Karen held the position of Vice President and M&A lead with Axiata Group Berhad, leading merger, acquisition and divestment projects domestically and internationally.

Her other work experiences include a period as TIME dotCom Berhad's Head of Planning, Investor Relations and Commercial and the UEM Group in amongst others private equity ventures.
