Mr. Leong Wai Ming ("Mr. Leong") has over 33 years of working experience in the areas of financial management, corporate function, restructuring, merger and acquisition. Prior to joining Econpile Holdings Berhad, Mr. Leong has served in various positions in six other public listed companies including as Chief Financial Officer in Tien Wah Press Holdings Berhad, Chief Financial Officer in Pecca Group Berhad, General Manager (Investments and Corporate Strategy) in Emas Kiara Industries Berhad, Head of Corporate Advisory in KNM Group Berhad, Senior Manager (Corporate Finance) in Promet Berhad and Manager (Finance) in Westmont Industries Berhad. He has also worked in two international accounting firms as Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance Department of Deloitte and Senior Consultant in the Corporate Recovery Department of Arthur Andersen.
