The Board of Directors of Digistar Corporation Berhad ("DCB") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of FifteenthAnnual General Meeting ("15th AGM") dated 30January2018were duly passed at the 15th AGM of DCB held earlier today. All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 15th AGM. The result of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the independent Scrutineer appointed by DCB. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 23February 2018. |
