Outcome
The Board of Directors of Elsoft Research Berhad ("theCompany") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 15th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 25 April 2018were duly approved by way of poll at the 15th AGM of the Company held on 25 May 2018.
The details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
The independent scruitineer appointed for the verification of the poll results is Messrs. Symphony Merchant Sdn. Bhd.
