Outcome
The Board of Directors of ManagePay Systems Berhad (the "Company") would like to announce that the shareholders of the Company had approved all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Fourth Annual General Meeting ("4th AGM") dated 27 May 2014 at the 4th AGM of the Company held today, 18 June 2014 including the appointment of Messrs Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng as Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs Styl Associates.
