Outcome
The Board of Directors of Boilermech Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleasedto announce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the EighthAnnual General Meeting ("8th AGM") dated 26July2018were duly passed at the 8th AGM of the Company held earlier today.
All the resolutions were approved byway of voting on poll. The results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The results of the poll of the 8th AGM is attached herewith.
