The Board of Directors of Genting Plantations Berhad ("GENP") is pleased to inform that the shareholders of GENP had, at the Thirty-Seventh Annual General Meeting ("37th AGM") of the Company held on Tuesday, 9 June 2015 approved all the resolutions under Ordinary and Special Businesses as set out in the Notice of the 37th AGM contained in the Annual Report for Year 2014.
