Sapura Resources Berhad ("SRB" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Sixty-First Annual General Meeting ("61st AGM") of the Company held today, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 61st AGM, dated 31 May 2018, were duly passed by the shareholders of SRB.

The voting in respect of the resolutions were carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. Details of the said results are as set out in the attachment.
