The Board of Directors of Zecon Berhad ("Zecon" or "Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Thirty-Third Annual General Meeting (33rd AGM) and tabled at the Company's 33rd AGM held today,29 November 2018, were duly passed by way of poll.
The results of the poll were duly verified by TNT, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the poll results are set out below.
