The Board of Directors of SMIS Corporation Berhad ("SMIS") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting ("19th AGM") of SMIS dated 24 April 2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the 19th AGM of SMIS. The results of poll were validated by GovernAce Advisory & Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by SMIS.
