The Board of Directors of AHB Holdings Berhad ("AHB"or "Company") wishes to announce that at its Twenty-FourthAnnual General Meeting ("24thAGM") held on 25 August2017, all the ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of 24thAGM dated 31 July 2017 were duly passed by way of poll voting. The detailed results of the poll are set out in the attachment.

The independent scrutineer appointed for the verification of the poll results is Messrs Ngan Arifah & Chai.
