The Board of Directors of KEN Holdings Berhad is pleased to inform that the Thirty-First Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company was duly convened and held on Monday, 13 April 2015.

At the said meeting, all the resolutions as per the Notice of the Thirty-First AGM dated 20 March 2015 were approved by the shareholders by way of a show of hands.
