We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 18 October 2016.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of FFHB, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that all the resolutions in relation to the Proposals as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) have been passed by the shareholders of FFHB at the EGM held today.

The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of poll and the poll results are attached herewith.
