Outcome
The Board of Directors of Nationwide Express Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to inform that the shareholders of the Company have at the 1st Annual General Meeting ("1st AGM") held today passed all the resolutions set out in the Notice of 1st AGM dated 8thAugust 2017 by wayof poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company.
The details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
