KUALA LUMPUR (June 12): Digital healthcare solution provider Sancy Bhd’s associate Sancy Global Solutions Sdn Bhd will implement and manage an automation system for storing patient information at Aichi Healthcare Group, a private medical institution in Bangladesh.

However, the contract value was not disclosed.

In a statement on Monday (June 12), Sancy said the agreement was signed on Saturday, and marked a significant milestone for the group in expanding its services in the healthcare industry.

Under the deal, Sancy will commence work immediately. "This partnership represents a new and significant source of recurring income for Sancy, further solidifying its position as a leader in digital healthcare solutions," it added.

By digitalising the storage of information related to hospital services, Sancy's solution will enable Aichi to enhance the organisation and accessibility of patient records and services.

Sancy chief executive officer Prabuddha Chakraverty said: "The agreement aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance healthcare operations and improve patient care."

"Implementing Sancy's patient information system at Aichi will contribute to a more streamlined and efficient healthcare ecosystem in Bangladesh," he added.

At the noon break on Monday, Sancy shares were unchanged at 32 sen, giving it a market capitalisation of RM217.3 million.
