KUALA LUMPUR: Change or you will be chained.
Federal Police Criminal Investigations Department director Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain said when asked to comment about his man who was recently arrested by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) for allegedly accepting bribes.
Mohd Shuhaily reiterated his stand that he will never compromise with any officers who are involved in any misconduct.
"You pay the price for the deeds that you did," he said in a press conference at Bukit Aman today.
Mohd Shuhaily said he would leave it to the MACC to investigate the matter and he will give them all the needed support.
"I fully supported MACC in their action.
"So maybe there is a new catchphrase, change or you be chained," he said.
A senior police officer was arrested recently for allegedly accepting bribes to turn a blind eye to illicit activities.
