FBM KLCI: 1,450.57 pts (+4.48pts, +0.31%)

The FBM KLCI rebounded after a two-day pullback, despite the mixed regional sentiment; buying interest were noticed within MAXIS (+19.0 sen), TENAGA (+19.0 sen) and PCHEM (+10.0 sen). Market breadth was however, negative with decliners led advancers by a ratio of 10-to-9. On the broader market, the Utilities (+1.23%) were lifted by YTL (+3.0 sen) and YTLPOWR (+10.0 sen), while the Industrial Products & Services (+1.08%) sector supported by the cement and steel sectors following a strong rally from the Construction and Property sectors last week.
