He started his career in the IT and electronic related products industry as an engineer in Taiwan. He was responsible for the product design that related to Personal Computer (PC), such as Graphic Capture, PC display to Television (TV) and, TV Signal to PC monitors. He also involved in the project with one of the Japan’s leading IT corporation in designing TV Tuner Card to integrate its products in PC and TV. In addition, he was also involved in production strategy plan to cater the new production line. In 1998, he joined Proview Electronics as an R&D Team manager to supervise a team in Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) monitor design and assisted in strategic planning to streamline the production of LCD monitors. Besides, he was also involved in the merging exercise with and USA based company and succeeded to restructure the Research and Development (R&D) department. He left Proview as a digital visional division director. In 2002, Mr. Hung joined neoX Technology Co. Ltd as a R&D Director. He formed a group of electronic engineering to assist in customer services. Thereafter, he implemented various projects on LCD TV and collaborated with many well-known international corporations in Taiwan. He is an experienced R&D leader as well as a management team member. He has over 15 years of experience in public display system, product design and production.
