En. Mansor graduated from California State University / Chico, USA in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree (major in Physics and minor in Mathematics).

He joined Intel Technology Sdn Bhd, which is involved in manufacturing of semiconductor products in 1984 as Reliability Engineer and remained with the company until 1993. He joined Qdos Flexcircuits Sdn Bhd in 1993 as Quality Engineering Manager to set up and manage the Quality Assurance Department. He also sat on the Organisation Executive Committee which oversaw the company’s policies and procedures. He served a short stint as Customer Quality Manager with Celestica (M) Sdn Bhd, a company involved in manufacturing of server boards in 1999 before moving on to Unico Technology Bhd, which is principally involved in manufacturing of mother boards in 2000 as its Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for the daily operation and function of the Quality Assurance Department. He helped to set up ETI Tech in 2002 and was appointed as Executive Director and is responsible for the Project Management Team and outsourcing divisions of our Group.
