Mr. Koh Pee Seng holds a Master in Business Administration (Asian Institute of Management) and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Monash University, Australia.

Mr. Koh sits on the Board of numerous private limited companies which are involved primarily in the business of property development, agribusiness and sport and leisure activities. Mr. Koh was responsible for the financial aspects of the numerous property development projects such as financial planning, project financing, budget forecast and cash flows of the projects. Mr. Koh joined Heller Factoring (S) Ltd in 1977 and he worked for 5 years before he left his position of Manager. In 1983, he joined Matang Factoring Sdn Bhd as General Manager. In December 1984, Mr. Koh joined Arab-Malaysian Merchant Bank Berhad as General Manager and then moved to Arab-Malaysian Finance Berhad in 1987 where he held the position of Senior General Manager. In March 1992, he ventured into stock broking industry as Deputy Chief Executive of JB Securities Sdn Bhd till 1994.In 20 April 2012, he appointed as the Group Managing Director of Milux Corporation Berhad (Milux).He was initially appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of Milux on 27 April 2006 and was subsequently re-designated as Executive Director on 30 October 2007. Mr. Koh resigned from Milux on 5 July 2019.
