Mr. Ng Hock Heng has practised as a Senior Tax Advisor in Australia, Hong Kong and China with chartered accountancy firms such as KPMG and Deloittes in the early 1990s. In 1994, Mr. Ng returned to Malaysia and commenced legal practice. He was made a Partner in Zaid Ibrahim & Co in 1999 and then formed part of the Executive Committee of the firm in 2004. In 2014, Mr. Ng took ZICO Holdings Inc. to listing in the SGX and is now its Executive Director. Mr. Ng is an associate member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and has been a registered tax agent with the Ministry of Finance. He is a registered trust officer with Labuan Financial Services Authority. Mr. Ng actively participates and contributes in seminars and has presented papers on topics such as international tax planning, taxation of e-commerce, international trade. He has written articles comparing various tax regimes, e-commerce and tax planning mechanism
