He is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of VS International Group Ltd, a public listed company in Hong Kong and an Independent Non-Executive Director of Hengyang Petrochemical Logistics Ltd and Eastern Holdings Ltd, both, public listed companies in Singapore. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of all the above-mentioned 3 public listed Companies.
