Working Experience
Mr. Teoh joined the ELK-Desa Group in 2008 as a Manager of Corporate Finance. He was appointed as an Executive Director of ELK-Desa Capital Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in 2011. In 2014, Mr. Teoh was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of ELK-Desa Resources Berhad.
Since joining the ELK-Desa Group in 2008, Mr. Teoh has been actively involved in the corporate planning, finance and general management of the Group.
Family Relationship
He is the son of Mr Teoh Hock Chai @ Tew Hock Chai who is the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman and a major shareholder of the Company. He is also a bother of Mr. Teoh Seng Hui who is a Group Executive Director of the Company and Mr. Teoh Seng Kar who is a Director of the Company.
