Mr Loh is an accountant by profession and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“MICPA”). He started his career with an international accounting firm in 1975 and gained membership to MICPA. He then joined a merchant banking group in 1980 and for the next 13 years, he held senior management positions in the areas of corporate finance and corporate banking. Thereafter, he had a short stint with a stock broking group. In 1994, he assisted in establishing a commercial bank and served on its Executive Committee of Directors until 2001. He is now involved in some private ventures and is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Berjaya Media Berhad and Berjaya Auto Berhad.
