Datuk Ng Choon Koon graduated from the University of London in year 1997 and completed his Certificate of Legal Practice in the subsequent year. Datuk Ng was then admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in year 2000 and then set up his own legal practice at Messrs. C.K. Ng & Associates in year 2003. His current practice mainly in conveyancing including corporate banking, Islamic banking, joint-venture and housing development.
Datuk Ng was elected as the state assemblyman for Bemban, Melaka from year 2013 to 2018. He was also the former Director of Lembaga Perumahan Melaka, former Chairman of Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (REHDA) Melaka, the former Assistant Secretary General of Malaysia Basketball Association, the National Council Member of REHDA Malaysia and the legal advisor of numerous Non-Profit Organizations.
He is the Director of Wawasan Intact Group, which is actively involved in housing development. His political and business experiences have enhanced his knowledge in various areas and network.

He is the uncle of Ng Siew Kim, the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
