Mr Khoo graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Cheng-Kung University, Taiwan in 1980 and obtained his Master in Geotechnical Engineering degree from the University of Toronto, Canada in 1983.
Working Experience
Mr Khoo worked for Kemas Konsult Consulting Engineers as a Geotechnical Engineer from 1983 to 1984 and later for Ho Hup Construction Company Sdn Bhd from 1984 to 1989. He has extensive experience in the design and construction of piling and foundation works for bridges, multi-storey buildings and housing projects.
