Mr Lim Seat Hoe graduated from Chung Ling High School with an O-Level certificate in 1966.

Upon graduation, he joined Lim Seng Huat Sdn Bhd as a Sales Representative. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 1976. He later moved to Wei Ta Trading Sdn Bhd as the General Manager in 1984. Subsequently in 1988, he continued his career with Teo Guan Lee Sdn Bhd as the General Manager.
In 1992, he was appointed as the President of Mizuno Corporation HK Ltd. in Hong Kong, where he was responsible for the setting up of the company as a global procurement hub for Mizuno products. His portfolio in Mizuno Group was expanded when he was appointed as the President of Shanghai Mizuno Corporation Ltd. in 1994. In setting up Shanghai Mizuno Corporation Ltd.s manufacturing facility in Shanghai, China. Lim Seat Hoe also successfully led the company to expand into the manufacture of high-value products through the establishment of a R&D division. In 1996, he also assumed the role of President of Mizuno Corporation China Ltd. where he spearheaded the penetration of the business into the China market, and led the sales and marketing team in actively promoting Mizuno Groups image through branding campaigns and marketing events.
In 2012, he joined Rapid Growth Technology Sdn Bhd where he assumed his current position as CEO and became a shareholder and director of RGT in 2013.
