Encik Abd Malik has more than 40 years of experience in finance and corporate services and has held various senior management positions in local and multi national companies covering diverse industries of Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Multi-level Marketing and Port Logistics segments.
He served as the Chairman of Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad from the period 2018 - 2020 and has served as Independent Director on the Board of Affin Bank Berhad, Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad, Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Berhad, CYL Corporation Berhad, Innity Corporation Berhad and Lee Swee Kiat Group Berhad.
