Mr Hoong has extensive experience in mergers and acquisition as well as international capital markets. He was an investment banker for over 12 years and had held senior positions at Deutsche Bank and UBS where he was responsible for corporate finance business in Asia. Mr Hoong was the Chief Executive Officer of China LotSynergy Holdings Ltd (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) prior to joining Far East Consortium International Limited (“FECIL”). Currently, Mr Hoong is the Managing Director of FECIL (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) and is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the FECIL’s Group overall strategies for development. He is also a Director of several public companies which are incorporated and listed overseas and private companies which are incorporated in Malaysia.
