Working Experience
He was the Chairman of Computer Forms (Malaysia) Berhad from 1999 to 15 July 2005. He was also the Chaiman and Chief Executive Officer of KUB Malaysia Berhad and several other companies with the KUB Malaysia Group from 1 June 1994 to 15 July 2005. He is the founder of Institute Pengajian Tinggi Adabi, which metamorphosised into Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR) in 1991. He has also been actively involved in political and non-profit organisations as follows : 1979 to 1980 - member of the State of Kelantan Forestry Committee 1979 to 1987 - councillor of Kota Bharu Municipality Council 1980 to 1985 - member of Malaysia Timber Industry Board 1988 to 1991 - senator, Parliament of Malaysia 1999 to 2000 - member of Second National Economic Consulative Council 1998 to current - member of the Board of National Higher Education Fund Corporation 1991 to 1996 - member of the UMNO Supreme Council
