Mr. Tan Kian Aik is currently overseeing the operation of his family owned project management and construction company since year 2001. An engineer by profession, he worked with Mega Air-Conditioning Sdn. Bhd. as a Project cum Design Engineer between 1994 to 1995. He later joined Calibre M & E Sdn. Bhd. in 1995 as Project Manager and subsequently promoted to Executive Director which he worked until 2001.
