Encik Abdul Mutalip has served in various positions in the Shell Group of Companies including Manager, Business Support & Planning of Sarawak Shell Berhad. Prior to joining the Shell Group of Companies, he had served in Malaysian Mining Corporation Berhad as an Internal Audit Manager and also a Bank Officer with the United Malayan Banking Corporation Berhad. Encik Abdul Mutalip has extensive experience in internal and external auditing, financial and operational audits, financial reporting, project management, tax planning, developing business plans and feasibility studies. He is currently the sole practitioner of AM Sulaiman & Co., a firm registered with Malaysian Institute of Accountant. He is also currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Tracoma Holdings Bhd.
