- Bachelor in Management Studies from University of Waikato, New Zealand in 1978. - Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. - Member of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation and an authorised tax agent licensed under the Income Tax Act 1967. - Certified Financial Planner since 2003 and has recently been approved as a Capital Market Services Representative, (Securities Commission).
Working Experience
Mr Chang commenced his career with an audit office in New Zealand for 2 years. Subsequently, he was with the big four accounting firms for a year before being a manager with an accounting firm in Butterworth for another 2 years. He started his Professional Practices in 1982 and received his audit licence in 1983. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of the Key Focus Group of companies which provides a multitude of financial services to clients in the Northern Region. He is also the Chairman of CAS International, a network of accounting and consulting firms.
