Mr Tee started his career as an Associate in Coopers & Lybrand (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC")) in 1993 and later joined BBB Distributor Sdn Bhd as the General Manager responsible for the distributorship of global Fast Moving Consumer Brands in the Selangor region.
In year 2000, he joined JW Williams & Associates Sdn Bhd as a Senior Consultant/Partner, heading its FMCG and Financial Services industries' Executive Search assignments for Multinational Corporations in Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan. He was then appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of JM Williams International, Sydney, Australia where he spearheaded the Australasia Talent Capital Market for JM Williams International's expansion into Australia in 2007.
Mr Tee is currently the Group Managing Director of Seek Executive Search Sdn Bhd and Seek Education Sdn Bhd. He is a trusted advisor in C-Suite and Board succession planning and senior leadership development based on holistic appraisals of leaders' competencies and potential. He is also a member of the Malaysia Retail Chain Association ("MRCA"), Hong Kong Malaysia Business Association ("HKMBA") and Malaysia Guangdong Chamber of Investment ("MGCI").
