Upon completing his MBA in 1992, Mr. Tan joined New Straits Time Press Holdings Bhd as Research Analyst. He furthered his career with Frank Small Associates (now known as Taylor Nelson Sofres) resuming the role as Research Manager. In 1997, Mr. Tan was appointed as the Country Manager of Infocredit International Sdn Bhd. After the merger, Mr. Tan runs the leading role at Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) Malaysia Sdn Bhd and assumes the position of Managing Director who in charge of day-to-day operations and is also the key decision maker for Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) Malaysia.
