Mr Yap has has over 12 years of experience in Property Development Industry. He started his career in a public listed developer in Malaysia. During his stint with this public listed developer, he chaired the Business Development division for a mixed development in Johor with a Gross Development Value ("GDV") of RM1.5 billion.
He marks his footprints across the industry with the involvement in property development projects in Klang Valley. He was involved in numerous renowned residential development projects accumulated exceeding a GDV of RM15.4 billion. He successfully built star performing teams that are involved in strategic planning, mapping, branding and connecting the teams with the chain across the domestics as well as international real estate players, agencies, consultants and suppliers.
With the vast experience he accumulated throughout the years within the property development industry, Mr Yap has established himself as a leader with the reputation of probity and competence.
He currently sits on the Board of few private companies.
