Working Experience
Mr. Loi started his career in 2005 as a Dealer Representative in SJ Securities Sdn. Bhd. where he remained until 2009. In 2009, he was an Assistant Manager in Public Bank Berhad and was mainly involved in business development and Corporate Social Responsibility. He was also tasked with maintaining good relationship with high networth clients.
Mr. Loi joined Maybank Investment Bank Berhad in 2013 until 2018 as a Senior Manager and subsequently, as a Remisier. His has vast experience in corporate finance and business development as well as equity trades and placement.
Mr. Loi is currently the Fund Director of Widuri Capital Management Sdn. Bhd., a fund management company specialising in investment and equities. He brings with him over 17 years of experience in the stockbroking industry with various exposures to Initial Public Offering, placement, trading, financing, fund raising and corporate exercises involving take-overs and mergers.
