Ar. Ahila Ganesan, a professional architect with the Board of Architects Malaysia, has over 20 years of experience in the built environment. As a consultant architect she was involved in award winning Malaysian and international projects. In 2012, she transitioned successfully into property development and helmed the regional offices for some of the most prominent property developers in Malaysia, i.e. Sunway Property and Mah Sing Property.
Ahila is a sustainability enthusiast and a regular speaker at national and international forums. She is also the Founder and Director of Future LinQ, a consultancy, which focuses on connecting sustainability and ESG to strategy for organisations. She also serves as a Special Advisor to ESG Foundation, a global entity located in London.
Currently, she is a Senior Director of Think City, a wholly owned subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, that deals with various facets of nation building in the context of sustainable urbanism.
