Working Experience
More than 30 years of extensive experience in electronics and semiconductor industries with in-depth knowledge in PCBAs assembly and semiconductor backend equipment and materials.
Mr. Heng was the VP of Sales and Marketing since July 2010 responsible for global sales and marketing of Accurus Scientific Co. Ltd's products. He was tasked to set-up Accurus Scientific Pte Ltd in 2016 and was appointed as the General Manager of Accurus Ningbo Scientific Co. Ltd in 2019, responsible for the setup of manufacturing site in Ningbo, China.
Mr. Heng is currently the Vice President of the Group's Semiconductor Material Business Unit, leading the efforts towards its expansion target.
