Madam Alice Ng has been acting as a director in the subsidiaries of COASTAL since 2012. Her working experience in these companies consists of developing strategies to promote mission of the organisation and build a strong team of leaders, proven competency in seizing opportunities for growth, establishing lucrative business relationships with the stakeholders, proficient in cost control and risk management, handling contractual and litigation matters, leading in-house legal team, detail-oriented and passionate in implementing innovative and sustainable strategies and practices and plays an important managerial roles in overseeing the respective divisions of the Group companies ranging from legal, commercial, human resources, administration, finance, marketing, technical, operation, project management.
Before Madam Alice Ng was appointed as a director in the subsidiaries of COASTAL, she gained her working experience and explored herself in various positions. She started off as an Audit Assistant II with Ernst & Young, Sandakan, Sabah, for one year from March 2005 to March 2006, and thereafter worked in COASTALs subsidiaries from 2006 until 2012 as an Account & Finance Executive, Marketing cum Finance Officer and Marketing Manager.

Madam Alice Ng is the daughter of Mr Ng Chin Heng and Madam Pang Fong Thau and the niece of Mr Ng Chin Shin and Mr Ng Chin Keuan.
Mr Ng Chin Heng is the Executive Chairman while Mr Ng Chin Shin and Mr Ng Chin Keuan are the Executive Directors of COASTAL.
Both Mr Ng Chin Heng and Madam Pang Fong Thau are major shareholders of COASTAL.
