(2) Negotiated a collaborative agreement with the Ministry of Housing and Economic Planning Unit of Turkey for the construction of 1,000 homes in Ankara, Turkey Project (but project did not take off)
(3) Appointed by UEM Builders Berhad (UEMB) as Head of Business Relations to participate in the Receivable Task Force Committee
(4) Undetook a business marching exercise with MasterSkill University College Health Sciences for the setting up of an Off-Shore Medical Campus Program
(5) An advisor to joint venture company under Syarikat Prasarana Malaysia Bhd
(6) Completed the project on The Design, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of a Mobile Lakeboat at Tasik Kenyir for University Malaysia Terengganu
(7) Undertake the redevelopment of the Ipoh Station and Majestic Hotel in Ipoh, Perak, for the Ministry of Transport (MOT) and Railway Asset Corporation (RAC) and Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) with the execution of a Concession Agreement (but the project did not take off)
