Datu Haji Mohammed Sepuan bin Anu started work as an Assistant Agricultural Officer in Simunjan in 1968. He has wide experience in agriculture developments especially in the establishment of crops like oil palm, rubber, fruit crops and rice in the smallholders' sector. He was appointed Director of the Integrated Agriculture Development Project Samarahan in 1994 and then served as Director of Agriculture in 2001 until the end of March 2006. His last assignment was as an Agriculture Advisor in the Ministry of Modernisation of Agriculture. His term expired on 30 April 2007.
