Encik Razman has more than 35 years experience in the fields of auditing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and management consulting. He has worked with chartered accountancy firms in UK, where he was admitted as an Audit Partner in 1987.In Malaysia, he was the Partner-in-charge of the Management Consulting Practice of Price Waterhouse (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers). In 1994, he established Norush Sdn Bhd, an investment holding and business advisory firm where he is the Chairman. He is currently the Independent Chairman of Tune Ins Holdings Berhad and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Malaysia Berhad.He holds independent directorships in Linde Malaysia Holdings Berhad and Yeo Hiap Seng Limited, a company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
