Dato’ Syed Faisal Albar bin Syed A. R Albar ("Dato' Syed Faisal") started his career with Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) Kuala Lumpur in 1991. He served with Price Waterhouse, San Francisco, California, USA in 1995 before returning to Kuala Lumpur in 1997. Dato’ Syed Faisal joined The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad (NSTP) in May 2000 as the Financial Controller. He was then appointed Chief Executive Officer/ Executive Director of NSTP in 2003. He is presently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Hong Leong Bank Berhad.
