Working Experience
Mr Sim Yee Fuan started his career with Bank Negara Malaysia ("BNM") and during his vocation with BNM, he had gained valuable banking experience in Foreign Exchange Administration Department and Banking Supervision Department. Following his leaving from BNM, he was attached to public companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") where his job responsibilities were mainly in the areas of accounting, finance and corporate management. He joined Unimech Group Berhad as Group Accountant in 2006 and is presently an Executive Director of Unimech Group Berhad. He also sits on the board of several private limited companies and public companies listed on Bursa Securities.
