Mechanical Diploma holder, graduated in German Malaysia Institute.

He joined Paradigm Metal Industries Sdn. Bhd. ("PMI"), the subsidiary of Lipo Corporation Sdn. Bhd. as Functional Manager in year 2003 after his working experience with Hup Fatt Brothers Sdn. Bhd.
as a Design Engineer. He was promoted to General Manager of PMI in year 2004,
taking charge of the precision machining operations.
With his job rotation within the subsidiaries of the Group,
he has in depth knowledge of the entire operations of our precision machining and sheet metal manufacturing. With his vast experience and understanding of Kobay Group's system and culture, he then appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Lipo Corporation Sdn. Bhd. in 2016.
Nominated by the Nominating Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of Kobay on 10 October 2016, as Chief Operating Officer, to take charge of the entire operations for the manufacturing division of Kobay Technology Bhd.

Son of Mr Koay Ah Bah @ Koay Cheng Hock, a Non-Independent Non Executive Director in Kobay Technology Bhd.
