Mr. Chin Yong Keong has 23 years of experience in the optoelectronic, electronics and semiconductor industries, involving Manufacturing, Engineering, Worldwide Procurement and Outsourcing Management, among others.
He started his career as a Junior Mechanical Designer in a foreign-owned equipment manufacturer in 1992 and left the company in 1993 to pursue higher education. Upon his graduation, he joined a US-based manufacturer as a Product Engineer in 1996, before moving to become a Process Engineer and was subsequently promoted to Engineering Section Head. In 2002, he joined Molex (M) Sdn Bhd, a US-based interconnector manufacturer as a Manufacturing Manager in charge of production, process and maintenance operations. In 2005, he joined Agilent Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd ("Agilent") as a Marketing Manager and was subsequently promoted and transferred to be involved in worldwide procurement and outsourcing management under Avago Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd due to the corporate restructuring and spin-off exercise undertaken by Agilent. He subsequently left Avago in 2012.
Prior to joining our Group, Mr Chin held the position of Director of Manufacturing Engineering in Lumileds Malaysia Sdn Bhd (previously known as Philips Lumileds), which he joined in 2013.

Mr. Chin hold 166,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represent 0.033% of the Company's
issued and paid up share capital.
