Encik Syed Agil bin Syed Hashim ("Encik Syed Agil") has over 20 years of experience in senior management, corporate, finance, funding, business planning, and auditing in the accounting and corporate services profession. In 1995, he joined KPMG (Kuala Lumpur) as an Audit Senior to perform audits in various industries including manufacturing, trading, oil & gas, hotel, and public listed companies. He then joined Multimedia Development Corporation as a Finance Manager for about 6 years before he joined Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation in year 2006 with his last position as Chief Investment Officer. In 2021, he joined Perak State Development Corporation as Deputy Chief Executive prior to joining MHB on 1 July 2022 as the General Manager of Corporate Finance. Subsequently, he has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Acting Group Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company prior to the appointment as Group CEO.
